The time has come when we all sit back and think about what we can do, now that we have entered the New Year, to better ourselves with a fresh start to the year.  A few of my favorite things to do are to:  1) Do a juice cleanse, 2) Clean out closets or drawers, 3) Donate clothes that I don’t need or wear, 4) Set goals, and 5) Clean the entire home.  There’s something refreshing about getting rid of clutter and things that are simply taking up space in the home.  It’s also a great feeling to give back to the less fortunate, which sets the year off to a motivational start.
